 Delegated decision:

That consideration of the following applications be deferred to the next meeting of this Committee:

(1) 55103 496 Bolton Road, Bury Demolition of exiting house (retrospective); erection of detached dwellings boundary wall fronting Bolton Road to include railings and electrically operated sliding gate and new vehicular access.

(2) 55134 498 Bolton Road, Bury Construction of outer leaf of masonry over original party wall; remodelling of roof to form a hip; creation of new passageway between dwellings following demolition of adjacent semi-detached dwelling.

P.107There were no declarations of interest made at the meeting.
P.110A report by the Assistant Director (Planning, Environment & Development Services) was submitted in relation to various applications for planning permission.

Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application numbers:

54804, 54993, 55118, 55009, 55070, 55103, 55106, 55109, 55198 and 55204.

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted. This was limited to three minutes for each speaker.
P.111A report by the Development Manager was submitted listing all recent Planning application decisions made by Officers using delegated powers.
P.112A report from the Development Manager was submitted which presented a summary of recent decisions made by the planning Inspectorate. Details of recent appeals lodged against delegated decisions of the Committee and the Chief Planning Officer, were also included.
