P.107 FUTURE SITE VISITS
 Delegated decisions:

1. That consideration of the following application be deferred to the next scheduled meeting of this Committee on 24 August 2010:

Installation of play equipment within the park area (retrospective)

2. That arrangements be made for the Committee to visit the above site for the reason that the impact of the proposed development on the surrounding areas is difficult to appreciate from photographs and drawings.

P.105There were no declarations of interest made in respect of any items on the agenda.
P.108A report by the Chief Planning Officer was submitted in relation to various applications for planning permission. Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application number 52704.

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted. This was limited to three minutes for each speaker.
P.109A report by the Chief Engineer was submitted seeking approval to an application for modification of the Definitive Map and Statement by adding to it a public footpath on land adjacent to Mile Lane, Bury.
P.110A report by the Chief Planning Officer was submitted providing statistical information on Enforcement Activity between 1 April 2010 and 30 June 2010, together with an update of Enforcement activity since the last report on 20 April 2010.

Councillor Walker raised concerns in relation to case number 09/0502 and requested officers to investigate this matter further.
P.111A report by the Chief Planning Officer was submitted which presented a summary of recent decisions made by the Planning Inspectorate. Details of recent appeals lodged against delegated decisions of the Committee and the Chief Planning Officer, were also included.
P.112A report of the Chief Planning Officer was submitted listing all recent Planning application decisions made by officers using delegated powers.
