Delegated decision: 1. The Minded to Approve decision is subject to: - Satisfactory resolution of the outstanding issues that have been raised and the submission of a further report to the Planning Control Committee. - A Section 106 legal agreement and referral to the Government Office North West. 3. That application 45666 Irwell Street, Bury - Bury East Ward regarding the extension of an existing car park and creation of new access be refused for the following reason: The proposed development would be seriously detrimental to the residential amenity of the occupiers of Irwell Street and Lower Bank Street associated with the proposal. The proposed development therefore conflicts with the following policy of the Bury Unitary Development Plan: CF1/1 - Location of New Community Facilities. 4.That application 45463 The Residences, Scholes Lane, Prestwich - Sedgley Ward regarding a retrospective application for the retention of security entrance gates and pillars (retrospective) be refused.
