2. That arrangements be made for the Committee to visit the above site for the reason that the impact of the proposed development on the surrounding areas is difficult to appreciate from photographs and drawings.
(Note: Councillor K Audin abstained from voting on the proposal for a site visit).

The decision to approve is subject to the following additional condition: Condition 22. Notwithstanding the layout of the access to Brook Street shown on plan number 2543:20 rev D, a scheme relating to the details for the layout of the access junction and roadway shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority as part of the first reserved matter relating to the site. The approved details only shall be implemented as part of the approved development.
