Prior to the commencement of work on site a scheme shall be submitted to and approved by the Local Planning Authority for the stripping, storage on site and subsequent reinstatement of all the top soil and subsoil within the area to be traversed by heavy vehicles and machinery as shown on plan ref: P188-002. The scheme shall include the method of stripping, the areas for storage and a programme of works to demonstrate how the land is to be reinstated prior to the expiry of this consent on the 31st March 2009. The details shall include particulars of construction of the footpaths and fishing pegs, the gradient of the footpaths and the making out of the parking spaces with full regard given to the needs of disabled persons.
