Delegated decision: 1. That arrangements be made for the Committee to visit the above site for the reason that the impact of the proposed development on the surrounding areas is difficult to appreciate from photographs and/or drawings.

That application 47336 relating to Tulle Court, Ramsbottom Row, Prestwich - St Marys Ward, involving alterations to elevations of one retained block of twelve flats and site treatment to include landscaping, car parking and access; twenty-six dwellings with associated landscaping, car parking and pedestrian/vehicular access be deferred.

APPLICATION TO MAGISTRATES COURT TO CLOSE PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 91, RAMSBOTTOM
Delegated decision: 1. That approval be Given to approve the application to the Magistrates Court to close Public Footpath 91, Ramsbottom in order to remove an unnecessary path, which is shown on the Definitive Map and Statement crossing 16 properties. 2. That the Council Solicitor be authorised to make an application to the Magistrates Court.

APPLICATION TO CLOSE PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 82 AND 87 TOTTINGTON WITH THE ADDITION OF TWO SECTIONS OF FOOTPATH TO THE DEFINITIVE MAP
Delegated decision: That approval be given to the application to remove the two footpaths shown in the report, to pass through twenty one properties on the Definitive Map and officers be requested to provide alternative routes for pedestrians.
