FUTURE PLANNING SITE VISIT
Delegated decisions: 1. That consideration of the following application be deferred to the next scheduled meeting of this Committee on 15 December 2009: 51875 Land adjacent 7 Westlands, Whitefield - Pilkington Park Ward Erection of single building containing 4 flats (resubmission of planning application 51477). 2. That arrangements be made for the Committee to visit the above site for the reason that the impact of the proposed development on the surrounding areas is difficult to appreciate from photographs and drawings.

That application 51766 relating to land adjacent to 8 Peel View, Tottington - Tottington Ward for 1 semi-detached bungalow (resubmission) attached to number 8 Peel View be refused for the following reasons: 1) The proposed development would be out of keeping in terms of its design and appearance which would be detrimental to the street scene contrary to UDP Policy H2/1 The Form of New Residential Development. 2) The proposed development would represent an over development of the site to the detriment of the character of the area contrary to UDP Policy H2/6 - Garden and Backland Development.

APPLICATION FOR MODIFICATION OF DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT, LAND AT COCKEY MOOR ROAD, RADLIFFE
Delegated decision: That approval be given to the application made under Section 53 of the Wildlife and Countryside Act 1981 for modification of the Definitive Map and Statement by adding to it a public footpath on land adjacent to Cockey Moor Road, Radcliffe.
