The decision to approve is subject to the addition of the following conditions:
Condition 3. The premises shall only be used for Childminding betwen the hours of 07.30 and 18.00 Monday to Friday and at no other time. Reason. To safeguard the amenities of the occupiers of nearby residential accommodation pursuant to Policies EC4/1 Small Businesses and H3/1 Assessing Non-Conforming Uses of the Bury Unitary Development Plan.
