P.75Councillor T Chamberlain declared a prejudicial interest in respect of application 48007 and left the meeting room for the period that the application was considered.

Councillor A J Cummings declared a prejudicial interest in respect of applications 45598, 45672 and 45673 and left the meeting room for the period that each application was considered.
P.78A report by the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer was submitted in relation to various applications for planning permission. Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application numbers:
48039, 47995, 48115, 48048, 47807, 48006, 47771, 48072, 48038 and 48133

Prior to the meeting, the Committee made a site visit in respect of application number 47771.

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted. This was limited to two minutes for each speaker.
P.79A report by the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer was submitted which presented a summary of recent decisions made by the Planning Inspectorate. Details of recent appeals lodged against delegated decisions of the Committee and the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer, were also included.
