P.368There were no declarations of interest made in respect of any of the items considered at the meeting.
P.371A report by the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer was submitted in relation to various applications for planning permission. Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application numbers: 46492, 46286, 46565, 46487, 46591, 46423, 46699 and 46711.

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted. This was limited to two minutes for each speaker.
P.372The Highway Network Services Manager submitted a report regarding an application to divert part of Public Footpath number 204, Ramsbottom.
P.373A report by the Landscape Architect (Property & Technical Services) was submitted seeking confirmation of Tree Preservation Order 306, Hope Park Close, Prestwich.
P.374A report by the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer was submitted which presented a summary of recent decisions made by the Planning Inspectorate. Details of recent appeals lodged against delegated decisions of the Committee and the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer, were also included.
