That application 47336 relating to Tulle Court, Ramsbottom Row, Prestwich - St Mary’s Ward, involving alterations to elevations of one retained block of twelve flats and site treatment to include landscaping, car parking and access; twenty-six dwellings with associated landscaping, car parking and pedestrian/vehicular access be deferred.
P.1043 APPLICATION TO MAGISTRATES COURT TO CLOSE PUBLIC FOOTPATH NUMBER 91, RAMSBOTTOM

1. That approval be Given to approve the application to the Magistrates Court to close Public Footpath 91, Ramsbottom in order to remove an unnecessary path, which is shown on the Definitive Map and Statement crossing 16 properties.

2. That the Council Solicitor be authorised to make an application to the Magistrates Court.
P.1044 APPLICATION TO CLOSE PART OF PUBLIC FOOTPATHS 82 AND 87 TOTTINGTON WITH THE ADDITION OF TWO SECTIONS OF FOOTPATH TO THE DEFINITIVE MAP

P.1039Councillor W J Davison declared a prejudicial interest in respect of application 47407 and left the meeting for the period that the application was considered.

Councillor K S Briggs declared a prejudicial interest in respect of application 47336 and left the meeting for the period that the application was considered.
P.1042A report by the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer was submitted in relation to various applications for planning permission. Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application numbers: 47480, 47479, 47407, 47336, 47487, 47388, 47419 and 47477.

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted. This was limited to two minutes for each speaker.
P.1043A report by the Highway Network Services Manager was submitted detailing proposals to make an application to the Magistrates Court to close Public Footpath 91, Ramsbottom as shown on plans PRW/91/RAMS/DC/1 and 2.
P.1044A report by the Highway Network Services Manager was submitted regarding an application to close part of Public Footpaths 82 and 87 Tottington with the addition of two sections of footpath to the Definitive Map.
P.1045A report by the Head of Architectural Services was submitted seeking confirmation for Tree Preservation Order 311 located at 897 Walmersley Road, Bury.
P.1046A report by the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer was submitted which presented a summary of recent decisions made by the Planning Inspectorate. Details of recent appeals lodged against delegated decisions of the Committee and the Borough Planning, Engineering and Transportation Services Officer, were also included.
