Further to the recommendation of the Traffic
Management Unit (minute number 4190) to approve for advertising the
proposal for the revocation of No Waiting Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, Mon-Sat
8am-12.30pm and introduction of No Waiting at Any time restrictions
on Irwell Street and Palatine Street, Ramsbottom. The restrictions
are proposed in order to remove obstructive parking and alleviate
access issues for HGVs to business service yards.
To facilitate the proper opportunity for consultation,
advertisement of the proposals will be postponed until such times
that business has returned to normal following the current
emergency measures in place to control
COVID-19/coronavirus.
