for Bury Care Homes to apply for
re-imbursement to Providers of “extraordinary
expenditure“ during the Coronavirus pandemic. Extraordinary
expenditure is defined as:
i) not being included in instances defined elsewhere eg for PPE,
staffing etc; and
ii) with an underlying rationale of support where: inflated costs
have been incurred, to ensure safe operations of services, related
to COVID 19.
