Regulation Act 1984, of Dumers Lane, Radcliffe between Manchester Road and
Wellfield Close from 02 April 2022 for a period of 6 months to facilitate water
mains replacement works (anticipated duration 2 weeks). The diversion route is
Northbound: Manchester Road, Radcliffe Road, Bury Road, Cross Lane & Bury
Street and Southbound: Manchester Road, Radcliffe New Road, New Road,
Pilkington Way, Spring Lane, Cross Lane & Bury Street.
