A report from the Development Manager was submitted in relation to two applications for planning permission.  Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application numbers: 58088 and 58153.

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted.  This was limited to three minutes for each speaker.

Amend to:  The permitted use shall not be open to customers, nor shall any deliveries to customers be carried out, outside the following times: 08:00 to 21.30 Monday to Thursday inclusive Sundays and Bank Holidays and 08.00 to 22.00 Friday and Saturday.

A report from the Development Manager was submitted which presented a list of recent planning appeal decisions.  The report included a copy of the Appeal Decisions made by the Planning Inspectorate in relation to Planning Case Reference: 0011/12.

The Chair, Councillor Cummings gave his best wishes to all those involved in the Planning Control Committee for the Christmas and New Year holidays.  Councillor Gunther, on behalf of members of the Committee thanked Councillor Cummings in his role as Chair of the Committee for 2014.
