The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted. This was limited to three minutes for each speaker.
Ward Councillors spoke on planning applications as follows:- Councillor Hodkinson on planning application 59501.
Prior to the Committee meeting, Site Visits had taken place in relation to Planning Applications 59005; 59501; 59715; 60002.

1. That Approval be given to the following applications in accordance with the reasons put forward by the Head of Development Management in the report and supplementary information submitted and subject to the conditions included:

60069 8 Hardman Avenue, Prestwich, Manchester - Prestwich - Sedgley Ward Single storey extension to ground floor flat; Loft conversion with rear dormer to first floor flat
60129 Redvales Children's Centre, Dorset Drive, Bury - Bury East - Redvales Ward Removal of 1 no. storage container, retention of 1 no. storage container and relocation of 1 no. storage container
59501 Land at rear of 4 Carr Bank Avenue, Ramsbottom, Bury - Ramsbottom & Tottington, Ramsbottom Ward Change of use of land to residential garden with erection of decking/steps and pond structures

2.That the Committee be Minded to Approve the following applications in accordance with the reasons put forward by the Head of Development Management in the report and supplementary information submitted and subject to the conditions included:

3. That consideration of the following application be Deferred to the next scheduled meeting of the Planning Control Committee, for the reason as detailed by the Head of Development Management in the Supplementary Information submitted:
