A report from the Development Manager was submitted in relation to the applications for planning permission.  Supplementary information was also submitted in relation to planning application 63006.     

 

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted.  This was limited to three minutes for each speaker. 

 

Prior to the Committee meeting, a site visit took place in respect of planning application 63006.

 

Delegated decisions:

 

1.           That the Committee Approve the following applications in accordance with the reasons put forward by the Head of Development Management in the report and supplementary information submitted and subject to the conditions included:-

Conversion of agricultural building to a dwelling with extension and new access

 

Note: The Head of Development Management gave a verbal update to the Officer report presented:

The proposals have been assessed in relation to para. 146 of the NPPF and determines that the proposals represent engineering operations and infrastructure development within the Green Belt. The proposals do maintain the openness of the Green Belt and therefore is appropriate development within the Green Belt. The proposals therefore accord with the National Planning Policy Framework.

A report from the Head of Development Management on the confirmation of a temporary Tree Preservation Order currently made on Crow Lumb Wood, Ramsbottom.

Minutes:

A report from the Head of Development Management was submitted which set out the issues relating upon the current temporary Tree Preservation Order (TPO) designated at Crow Lumb Wood, Ramsbottom.

               

The Committee heard a representation from an objector in respect of the Tree Preservation Order confirmation as detailed in the report.  This was limited to three minutes for the speaker.

That the Planning Control Committee confirm the extant temporary Tree Preservation Order (No.343) designated as Crow Lumb Wood, Ramsbottom.
