APPEAL AGAINST DISMISSAL To consider an Appeal against dismissal. Minutes: It was reported that JR had contacted Democratic Services earlier in the day to ask that the Appeal hearing be deferred to a later date to allow for a representative to attend.
Delegated decision:
That the Appeal hearing be rescheduled to take place on Friday 18 October at 10:00 am.
