APPEAL AGAINST DISMISSAL Minutes: Consideration was given to an appeal against dismissal by an employee (S.S.) from Adult Care Services.
The Chair introduced those present and explained the hearing procedure, which was followed during the hearing.
The applicant attended the meeting accompanied by her union representative Carl Jakeway (Unison), who presented the applicant’s case.
Harry Downie, the Assistant Director, Adult Care Services presented the management case assisted by Caroline Schofield (HR Advisor). The management also called a witness (Sandra Stewart, Investigating Officer).
Delegated decision:
That the appeal against dismissal by SS be refused.
