Approval of extension of Market Supplements Minutes: Tracy Murphy presented a report explaining that the Market Supplement Policy has recently been updated to reflect the need for approval of Market Supplements by the HR and Appeals Panel.
Within the report was a breakdown of the numbers of officers in receipt of Market supplements within the Council.
The supplements were broken down by department and presented with associated costs.
It was agreed:
That the HRA Panel approve the further extension of the Market Supplements for a maximum approval period of 2 years.
