Members of Human Resources Committee are asked to consider whether they have an interest in any of the matters on the Agenda, and, if so, to formally declare that interest.

Lynne Ridsdale declated a personal interest in the Appointment of the Director of People and Skills as she knew one of the candidates in a professional capacity.

To consider passing the appropriate resolution under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business since they involve the likely disclosure of the exempt information stated.

That the press and public be excluded from the meeting.

Members will be updated on the process to date.

Lynne Ridsdale, Deputy Chief Executive gave an update to Members on the process that the candidates had been through to date.

Member were given the opportunity to ask questions and make comments.
