Recruitment of Assistant Director for Education and Inclusion - Children Young People & Culture - shortlisting Job Description and Person Specification attached Minutes: Tracy Murphy, AD Resources and Regulations (HR & OD) and Karen Dolton, Executive Director, Children, Young People and Culture presented the Candidate Application Report that had been prepared by Gatenby Sanderson.
It was reported that there had been thirteen applications received for the post of Assistant Director, Education and Inclusion.
The thirteen applications had been sorted into three categories: Recommended, Marginal and Not Recommended.
The Members of the Panel reviewed each application separately.
Tracy and Karen explained that the next stage of the process will be to hold two days of interviews, this will include a panel made up of Head Teachers – 3 High School Head Teachers and 3 Primary School Teachers, a Management Panel and a Youth Panel, and these interviews will be held on the first day. The second day will be interviews with the Human Resources and Appeals Panel.
It was agreed:
That the following 5 applicants progress onto the next stage of the process;
