There were no apologies for absence received.

Members of the Panel are asked to consider whether they have an interest in any item on the agenda and if so, to formally declare that interest.

There were no declarations of interest made at the meeting.

To consider passing the appropriate resolution under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business since they involve the likely disclosure of the exempt information stated.

It was agreed:

1.   To excluded press and public.

Appeal Form

The panel considered the written information provided in the appeals’ papers as well as representations made at the meeting and a statement provided by the witness.

Following deliberations, the panel agreed unanimously that the original decision made at the Grievance Hearing should be partially upheld.

It was agreed:

1.   To partially uphold the grievance.

2.   A dignity at work investigation to be completed.

3.   The appellant to consider returning to work, redeployment or resigning from the post in a reasonable timescale.
