The Executive Director Strategy and Transformation, updated Members on the necessity to appoint to this post, the requirements, the job description and person specification.

The Executive Director reported that there had been a thorough recruitment exercise and provided Members with information on the process to date.

Member were given the opportunity to ask questions and make comments.
