There were no declarations of interest made at the meeting.

The minutes of the meeting held on 29 Febuary 2024 are attached for approval and accuracy.

It was agreed that the notes of the meeting held on 29 February 2024 be approved as a correct record and signed by the Chair.

To consider passing the appropriate resolution under Section 100(A)(4) of the Local Government Act 1972 that the press and public be excluded from the meeting during consideration of the following items of business since they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information.

It was agreed:

1.    To exclude the press and public.

It was agreed:

1.    to interview the candidate to consider their suitability for permanent appointment to the Director of Social Care and Early Help.
