GRIEVANCE APPEAL Documents attached. Minutes: Members of the Employment Panel were presented with an appeal in relation to a grievance.
The appellant presented their case. Members of the Panel and the respondent were given the opportunity to ask questions The respondent presented their case The appellant and Members of the Panel were given the opportunity to ask questions. Both parties summed up their cases.
The Panel retired to consider the appeal.
It was agreed:
That the grievance appeal be dismissed. |
