Planning Applications

Minutes:

A report from the Development Manager was submitted in relation to the applications for planning permission.  Supplementary information was also submitted in respect of application numbers: 60212; 60226, 60424, 60426, 60570, 60636, 60654, 60717, 60736.

 

The Committee heard representations from applicants and/or objectors in respect of the applications submitted.  This was limited to three minutes for each speaker.

 

Prior to the Committee meeting, Site Visits had taken place in relation to Planning Application 60424 and 60426.

 

Delegated decisions:

 

That Approval be given to the following applications in accordance with the reasons put forward by the Head of Development Management in the report and supplementary         information submitted and subject to the conditions included:

 

60212  Croft End Mill, Bolton Road North, Stubbins, Bury – Ramsbottom and TottingtonRamsbottom Ward

Demolition of existing buildings and erection of 11 no. dwellings with associated garages and parking along with associated engineering works including the infilling of the filter beds

That the following application be Approved subject to the provisions of the Unilateral Undertaking signed and dated 9th December, 2016 in accordance with the reasons put forward by the Head of Development Management in the report and supplementary information submitted and subject to the conditions included:

Residential development (Class C3) comprising 65 no. dwellings incorporating 4 no. four bed houses, 10 no. three bed houses, 21 no. two bed houses and 30 no. one bed apartments with associated infrastructure and incidental open space including a new estate road and vehicular and pedestrian access off Warth Road
