Operational Decision 088 dated 24th March 2020
approved reduced service provision across Streetscene in response
the government guidance on the Covid-19 national lockdown.
The government is now encouraging resumption of work from 13th May
2020 in many sectors including construction and those predominantly
undertaken in the outdoor environment.
In response to the latest guidance, services across Streetscene
currently either scaled back or stood down are to be resumed
subject to risk assessments and in a phased and planned manner, the
following being Phase 1 in the attached form.
