Approval to the temporary closure under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Moyse
Avenue, Bury, works commencing on 20/07/20 for a period of 3 months
(anticipated duration of works – 4 weeks). The closure is in
place to enable highway resurfacing treatment works to take place.
Diversion route is not applicable, access will be available for
residents in an evening and early morning.
