Approval to the temporary closure under
Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, Sedgley Park
Road, Prestwich from its junction with Scholes lane at its junction
with Bury New Road (rolling closure) works commencing on 20/07/20
for a period of 3 months (anticipated duration of works – 4
weeks). The rolling closure is in place to enable highway surface
dressing treatment works to take place. Diversion route is via
Scholes Street Bury New Road and vice versa, access will be
available for residents in an evening and early morning.
