To reintroduce car parking enforcement (NOT
charging). Necessary to address complaints of inconsiderate parking
and to maintain highway safety. Enforcement will principally take
place on-street (yellow lines etc.) and in residents parking zones.
The first two weeks will be a “soft start” whereby
warning notices will be issued rather than Penalty Charge Notices.
