The SCANNER annual highway condition survey is
carried out in order to plan maintenance of the classified highway
network and also to provide national indicator and depreciation
accounting information. The Contract is procured by Salford Urban
Vision on behalf of all Greater Manchester Councils. We will employ
the accepted contractor – Ginger Lehmann to conduct our
annual surveys at the following cost:
