Following a decision by Interim Executive
Director, Communities and Wellbeing on 21st August 2019 to
commission the evaluation of dementia community support services.
An open request to quote was conducted on the North West
Procurement Portal (The Chest) under Public Contract Regulations to
which bids were received on 11th September 2019.
