On Wednesday 2 September 2020 a report
detailing the Greater Manchester’s Clean Air Plan –
Consultation was presented to Cabinet. The report gave delegated
authority to Councillor Lucy Smith and Councillor Alan Quinn to
approve the submission of the cases for measures to the
Government's Joint Air Quality Unit to support the GM Clean Air
Plan.
