Further to the decision of the Traffic
Management Unit (item 3 (b) 28th July 2020) to approve for
advertising the proposals to introduce prohibition of cycling
movements at the two sites listed above so as to prevent conflict
movements with pedestrians at the Shared Use Pedestrian & Cycle
crossings which are proposed here. The proposals form part of
TfGM’s Phase 1 MCF Tranche 6 Beeline proposals to improve
connectivity for cyclists and walkers in the East ward
area.
