Approval for GMCA (acting by its officer,
TfGM) to be authorised to award the contract for system/services
for the Greater Manchester Clean Air Plan retrofit grant platform
to Fluent Technology utilising the initial tranche of £36m of
funding from Government to deliver the CAZ and other GM CAP
measures.
