In order to deliver new heat pumps and solar
panels at some of the buildings
in our Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme we are seeking approval
for
expenditure to cover Electricity North West Limited (ENWL) costs
for the
necessary upgrading of the local grid electricity
supplies.
