The Executive Director of Operations in
consultation with the Cabinet Member for Environment, Climate
Change and Operations is recommended to approve that GMCA (acting
by its officer, TfGM) is authorised to award the Clean Vehicle
Funds Service Systems Support contract to Rowe IT.
