Under the Local Government (Miscellaneous
Provisions) Act 1976, the Council must authorise officers
• To designate the following qualified vehicle inspectors at
Bradley Fold Testing Station as “Authorised Officer”
for licensing purposes:-
• Mr David Galasso – Commences employment with Bury
Council on the 27th June 2022
