To authorise use of approx. £15,000 of
s106 funding to prepare tender documentation to enable letting of a
contract for the construction of two small sections of the Bury
Bolton Railway Path. Authorisation for the letting of the
construction contract, estimated to be c.£150,000, will be
sought when prices are tendered.
