Authorisation is sought to enter into a
contract with Bloom Services (an Authority approved third party
end-to-end managed procurement service) to engage the lowest cost
Consultant to carry out the Initial Feasibility Study of Structures
Phase 1, 2 & 3, for Bury MBC highway structures and structures
critical to the operation of the East Lancashire Railway, in the
sum of £402,014.50
