We are seeking a £470,000 + VAT budget
approval to progress the next steps in terms of providing
additional space for the existing Elmsbank SEMH post 16 college
with the appointment of a company to provide a modular building and
a personal care room internal within the college. An additional
budget will be required in July 2028 to remove and make good the
modular buildings as well as make good the internals of the college
on moving.
