The Council manages a Registered Provider
Partnership Framework (RPPF) with selected registered providers, to
support delivery of its strategic objectives and increase the
supply of affordable housing and specialist accommodation in the
borough, including delivery on Council owned land where available.
The Framework is due to expire on the 31 July 2026.
