To seek approval to:
1. Establish two new Principal Building Control Officer (Level 4)
posts within the Building Control Service.
2. Recruit to both posts as a matter of urgency.
3. Designate the posts as:
o Principal Building Control Officer (Technical Lead)
o Principal Building Control Officer (Operational Lead)
This proposal is required to address an immediate and significant
capacity risk within the Building Control Service and to ensure
statutory service delivery can be maintained.
