The Highways Capital Programme 2023/24 to
2026/27, which included schemes funded from our Highways Investment
Strategy – Tranche 3 (HIS3) and 2023/27 CRSTS were approved
at Cabinet (item 156) on 15th March 2023, will be due for
completion during the summer 2026.
