Integrated Care delivered at neighbourhood level is at the heart of Bury’s health and care delivery services and Bury has 5 of these integrated health and care teams (INT) across Bury Council.

Bury Council currently commissions the Bury VCFA to facilitate the Bury Older People’s Network (BOPN). The three-year contract ends on 31 August 2024. The contract value is £20k in total for the three years and is currently paid for out of the Grace Rigby Fund.

Killelea House Intermediate Care Facility provides care and support for vulnerable people with the emphasis on increasing people’s independence to live on their own for longer.

The building Regulation Principal designer will plan, manage and coordinate to ensure the Radcliffe Enterprise designer complies with Building regulations. Clarke Banks will also assist the council in its responsibilities under the Building Safety Act.

The Commercial Estates Transformation Project requires a Strategic Consultant to develop an asset management document that comprises a review of the major asset groups within the portfolio, with an individual asset strategy for the commercial/investment assets. This would be summarised into a schedule of asset management activity for a period of 5 years, with a summary of potential outcomes from this activity.

The works comprise drainage and minor highway maintenance across the borough of Bury.

Following evaluation of the submitted quotations, it is recommended that the lowest quotation of £42,543.00 for the refurbishment of the play area at Town Meadow Park, Tottington, BL8 3LY, submitted by Draxeda Construction of Fern Cottage, Astley Moss, Astley, Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 7LX, is accepted as providing best overall value to the authority.
