01/11/21 for a period of 3 months to facilitate resurfacing works (anticipated
duration 4 weeks). The diversions will be via Angouleme Way, Jubilee Way, Peel
Way, Derby Way, Rochdale Road and vice–versa and/or via Rochdale Road,
Heywood Street, Wellington Road and Manchester Road and vice-versa and from
Spring Street via George Street and then as above.

All social landlords are required to produce an annual report to tenants, which must be published by the 1 October each year, in accordance with Homes England regulations. The Council, as landlord, has delegated the production of these reports to its Arm’s Length Management Organisation (Six Town Housing).
