Reason for urgency:
Government recently announced a further allocation of discretionary grant that will accompany the Restart Grants that were announced at the March budget. Previously Government stated that the ARG was a one-off grant to last until March 2022. Further ARG will be allocated dependent upon the amount of the current grant being spent.
